We want your deposit to reach us easily.
We'll always work to ensure that depositing is simple and that rejected deposits are rare.
However, the following will result in a rejected deposit:
- You did not send from your personal IBAN account
- You sent via 3rd party service (PayPal)
- You sent via a B2B service (middle-man bank transfer)
- You sent via a non-IBAN account (non-SEPA zone)
- You sent more than €2,000 in one day or €8,000 in one month
- Your verification was rejected, but money was sent anyway
In some cases our compliance team may not accept the funds being sent. If this is the case the information will be given to you via email in the clearest possible way.
